Legal stuff and disclaimers:
- Although we are a UK based site and adhere to the laws of land, we are also in compliance with the U.S Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all models located within our domain were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. All models' proof of age is held by the custodian of records, which is organized by producer. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations.
- All images and videos on the site are property of the site and fully copyrighted and protected by international law. If we didn't issue permision to use it, we will let our expert and highly paid legal team off the leash.
- All names and trademarks mentioned on the site are the property of their respective owners. But you knew that, right?
- All information, links, and other content on GungeGirls.com and its related sites are provided in the hope that they will be useful, but they are all offered on an as-is basis and without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Your mileage may quite definitely vary, et cetera.
Other pedantic notes (that will save us both time):
- First email flame goes to /dev/null; second (and subsequent) goes “bouncy bouncy” without further comment.
- Invitations to exchange links, participate in “free iPod”-style offers, and similar nonsense all get deleted immediately. Same goes for links to Porn Sites, link harvest sites etc etc.
- You can send suggestions to the site by all means, but there is no garuntee they will be taken on board, so at least make them practical.
- We’re not nearly as tight-assed as this all would have you believe, but the world is complicated, people can be tools, and there’s only so many hours in a day. But, again, you knew that.
Terms of use
Who may use this site:
You must be at least 18 years old, and living in a place in which it is legal, to use any part of this site. This site contains some images and text which are oriented toward an adult audience or that you may find offensive.
Conduct on the postable areas
The forums and chat are places where responsible people may speak their mind as they please. Constructive criticism of sites, videos, and people is acceptable, and negative opinions can be helpful to the community. But we will not tolerate people who show disrespect. Please make sure that any accusations you make are solidly founded, to the best of your knowledge, and that you present them in a respectful way with evidence to back them up. We do not tolerate name-calling, physical threats, personal attacks, flame bait, flooding with messages, impersonating others, use of multiple logins, harrassing through private messages, or stuffing your opinion down peoples throats by use of repetition. Our intention is to keep enflamed arguments off of the public areas. This site is moderated very liberally so you can feel comfortable about speaking your mind without tip-toeing around every word you type. But the moderators will move or erase any flame, or ban any user, that he deems necessary to keep the forums and chat peaceful and on-topic. It's a subjective job but somebody's got to do it. If you have a problem with another user, or disagree with something the moderator has done, contact noise@gungegirls.com as opposed to venting your frustrations on the forum/chat itself. Please note that all voters' and all forum participants' and all pager users' IP addresses are recorded, so any abuse to the system will result in immediate action being taken.
Information storage
When you register for the forum, your username, password, and preferences are stored in a database. Your password is encrypted so nobody can read it, even the administrators. When you use the chatroom, your IP address, username, and all text that you type into the chat applet (even private messages) are recorded into a logfile. This helps the moderatators to review any complaints and take action if necessary. As with all websites, every contact your browser makes with the GungeGirls server is stored into a logfile which stores your ip address, which file you requested, and other access data. These data are necessary to serve GungeGirls visitors correctly and to collect statistical information. At no time will any of this information be used to track your personal movements throughout the site.
At no time will your e-mail, password, personal information, or usage statistics be shared with a 3rd party.
